Jasmine
- Overview There are several types of Jasmine other than true Jasmine (genus jasminum). They include the Confederate Jasmine (genus trachelospermum), Crepe Jasmine (genus tabernaemontana), Cape Jasmine (genus gardenia) and Orange Jasmine (genus murraya). To make matters more complicated, the common names for the various Jasmines are freely applied across genera and species.

- Star Jasmine, Shining Jasmine, Angelwing Jasmine, Confederate Jasmine, Eindmill Jasmine (jasminum nitidum) Hardy in Zones 10 - 11. If left unattended, the vines can reach 20', but Star Jasmine is usually kept clipped to a hedge 2' to 4' in height.
